Why do you do Premiere ads on realestate.com.au instead of the cheaper Standard ads?

We have been doing this for a long time - in our experience there is no better promotion you can get. Premiere ads receive more genuine enquiries and sell faster that the small Standard ads. Yes, they are more expensive, but if you really want to sell you will give yourself the best chance of top price this way.

Question 2

Why do you ask me to show buyers around - isn't that an Agent's job?

Traditionally, Agents show buyers around, and that's how we did it for many years also. But Buyers want answers to their questions without waiting for an Agent to refer it to the Seller, and then hopefully get back to them without too much delay.
Owners know their properties better than any Agent does so to us it makes sense to do it this way, and we pass the savings on to our Sellers by offering them a low Flat Fee commission.
We ask Owners not to try and "sell" their property, that's our job, just be a Tour Guide and allow the Buyers to have a look around - we do all the rest.

Question 3

What if my property doesn't sell, do I have to pay for the advertising?

Accepted Answer

Advertising payment can be deferred for up to 6 months. Every property will sell provided it is priced to match current market conditions. In 2025, the average days on market is less than 40 for homes and units, so 6 months deferred expense is quite generous. Clearly if it takes 6 months or more to sell, then a property is either over-priced or under-marketed. Our Premiere advertising and other exposure ensures that your property enjoys maximum exposure to the market.

Question 4

I just want to list with as many Agents as I can.

Accepted Answer

We understand, but an Agent is not going to invest hundreds or even thousands of dollars in advertising for your property, when a Buyer can simply deal direct with you, or go to another Agent leaving the Agent with a big advertising bill with no return.

Question 5

Do I have to pay anything at all until settled?

Accepted Answer

No, our funding partner covers the cost of your premiere advertising and any sale preparation costs  until settlement - or for 6 months. If we work together to find the sweet spot price-wise, it will take nowhere near this long to sell. In the unlikely event that it doesn't sell in this time, you will be offered an affordable payment plan to suit your budget
